About Us

Now Faith Church exists to support and equip the followers of Jesus Christ to reach the lost, serve those in need, and display the love of Jesus Christ to all, both individually and as a body of believers. Everything that Now Faith Church does is founded upon the Truth set forth in the Bible, which is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). 

To reflect the life of Jesus Christ by sharing the love of God, empowering people, and serving our church and community as we lift, honor, and praise God.

All scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to every good work.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

We believe there is one God, the Father, the Creator of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen. Eternally existing in three manifestations: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the Lord, Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. By the power of the Holy Spirit, he was born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, the complete and final sacrifice of our sins according to Scripture. On the third day He rose again in fulfillment of Scripture; he ascended into heaven and is seated on the right hand of the Father.

We believe the Holy Spirit was sent to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.  In our times, the Holy Spirit indwells in us to convict us of sin, regenerate the believing sinner, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly service and living.

Freedom of sin has been made possible through the grace of God by the shed blood and resurrection of Jesus Christ, by whom we have been reconciled to God eternally. By confessing our sins, asking for forgiveness and turning towards God, all of our past sins are erased and we are made new in God's sight. 

1 John 1:9; 2 Corinthians 5:17

The true Church is made up of the people, who through faith in Jesus Christ, and reborn by the Holy Spirit, and united together in the body of Jesus Christ of which He is the head.

Colossians 1:18

We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. Baptism by immersion in water, as John the Baptist did to Jesus, is a testimony of death to our old way of living, burying our sins, and resurrection to a new life in Jesus Christ.

Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4-11

The Lord's Supper or communion, is a commandment of Jesus Christ, in memory of His death, burial and resurrection. All true believers and only true believers should share in it.
